Program
This program designed for educators/practitioners who seek a graduate degree in education with emphasis in instructional strategies and learning theory. Graduates of this program are prepared to implement a broad range of educational activities, apply research methodologies and materials, and utilize current instructional technologies to vitalize their classrooms. Emphasis is on transforming theory into practice and tailoring instruction to enhance student understanding and achievement while meeting the challenges of state and national standards.

Admission Requirements & Application Procedure
- Completed application form with a $50 non-refundable fee
- Applicants must submit all final official transcript documents reflecting academic coursework for all institutions attended, including proof of having earned a bachelor degree program.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) is required for admission to a master’s degree program.
- Required letters of recommendation from individuals who can attest to the candidate’s ability to succeed in graduate school (e.g., faculty members or immediate supervisors). Each program may require a different number of recommendation letters.
- International applicants may be required to provide proof of having achieved an official TOEFL score of 600 (for non-native English speakers).
- International applicants may be required to provide proof of having achieved a Test of Spoken English (TSE) score of 50 (for non-native English speakers).
