BA Business Communication, State University of New York Empire State College (2000) & MBA, University of Louisville (2001)

Both my Bachelor and my MBA are valuable assets for my career in many and various ways. It is not only the necessary knowledge that I have acquired from them in areas like Public Relations, Marketing, Promotion, Operations, Finance, Management, etc. but these studies constructed a more solid way of thinking and better understanding the market in order to face the challenges which very often arise.

During my studies at New York College I learnt to work in teams and deliver projects in time. Two important skills for a corporate environment. Moreover, the fact that both programs were delivered and assessed in the English language was an additional asset. It has always been very important to have a Bachelor degree and a MBA in order to get a good job but today in this difficult and more competitive environment we all live, this is more essential than ever. However there are things somebody cannot learn in workshops, unless he/she is out there in "real" life. So, experience is something nobody can get in a classroom.

Before setting up Lovekids, an NGO for the kids in need, I had worked as a journalist in radio, a consultant of public relations, and as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Make-A-Wish for five years.
