A glorious graduation ceremony of the University of New York in Prague (UNYP), a subsidiary private university of the international educational group NEW YORK COLLEGE, with keynote speakers Professor Radka Wildová, Deputy Minister of Education of the Czech Republic and the Earl of St. Andrews, Chancellor of the University of Bolton.
On June 24, 2022, the University of New York in Prague (UNYP) held its 19th Graduation Ceremony in Prague's packed municipal hall, the historic Obecní Dům, built in 1912.
The protagonists of the event were rightfully the graduates from 40 countries, the administrative and academic staff of the University, as well as prominent academic personalities, representatives from the Czech Government and the political leadership of the country, ambassadors and diplomats.
The keynote speaker at the 2022 UNYP Graduation was Professor Radka Wildová, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic, while the Earl of St. Andrews, Chancellor of the University of Bolton, delivered a welcome address.
In his speech, the President and Founder of the New York College Educational Group, Mr. Elias Foutsis, stressed that according to Aristotle, "Educating the mind without educating the heart is not proper education." He also pointed out that the success of the University of New York in Prague once again confirms the high level of studies, academic reputation and global appeal of the New York College Group.
