Mr. Konstantinos Delistavrou is a Technologist Informatics Engineer with a BSc from the Alexander TEI of Thessaloniki (1999) and an MSc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia (2008). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Optical Networks at the University of Macedonia. He has over 20 years of teaching experience across Colleges, Continuing Vocational Training Programmes, Vocational, Secondary, and Primary schools. He is also an accredited adult’s trainer on ICT by EOPPEP, particularly focusing on vulnerable social groups. His background includes work as a Telecommunications Engineer at Vodafone Greece and experience in IT operations, as well as sales for prominent firms in Greece. Konstantinos has published peer-reviewed papers and authored a school textbook distributed nationwide. He has been involved in various national and international research projects, including participation in Horizon 2020 and Comenius/LLP initiatives. His professional development includes a five-week program with scholarship by the Fulbright Foundation Greece at California State University (2016) on educational equity. He also attended the International Summer School on Astronomy Education in Tenerife (2022). He has also participated with scholarships in programs on high performance computing in Amsterdam (2011) and educational collaboration in Finland (2006).
