Penny Vlagou Ms. Vlagou has been teaching at New York College since 1999, specialising in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. With professional experience as an HR Director, she is able to offer students practical examples from both the US and Greek working environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Elmhurst College in the United States and an MBA from Loyola University, also in the United States. Ms. Vlagou possesses a wealth of knowledge in the field of business. She often invites HR professionals and New York College alumni to speak in her classes. Students greatly appreciate her energetic teaching style, her enthusiasm for the subject, and her approachability.
