She graduated with highest honors from the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sport Science (MSc) with a specialization in Sport Psychology from the same institution. She is a PhD Candidate in Sport Psychology – Motor Behavior at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has participated in several Erasmus+ projects, such as those promoting children’s motor skills (MOBAK-1, MOBAK-3) and related to mental health (Erasmus+: Advanced skills for active living, Erasmus+: Entrepreneurial Learning in Sports to Support Athletes Employability Development, Erasmus+: CIVIS BIP Blended Intense Programme MHSPA “The role of sport and exercise on mental health”). She has participated in and presented research at numerous national and international conferences, including the 16th International Conference on Sport Psychology (2023), the 16th European Congress of Sport & Exercise Psychology – FEPSAC (2022), and the 28th International e-Conference of Physical Education and Sport.
