Athanasiadou Anastasia
Anastasia is a graduate of the Department of Primary Education at Democritus University of Thrace and completed part of her undergraduate studies at University of Strasbourg. She holds an MSc in Administration and Leadership in Sciences of Education and Lifelong Learning from University of Macedonia. Alongside her academic background, she has held senior Human Resources positions in international organizations, gaining extensive experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources management. She has also participated as a speaker in academic seminars, professional training programmes, and conferences. Anastasia is a Lecturer in International Human Resource Management at New York College. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in student-centered and experiential learning approaches, the creation of inclusive learning environments, and the meaningful connection between academic knowledge and the evolving demands of the international labour market.
