Kokkini Eleana
Eleana Kokkini graduated from the School of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a Master of Sport Sciences degree, specializing in Sport and Exercise Psychology, from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland.She is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and also holds additional certifications in Counselling and Special Education.She works in private psychotherapy practice and the past 8 years, she has been actively involved in applied psychology, designing and implementing psychological interventions and support programmes for children, adolescents, and adults, based on the principles of Mental and Psychological Skills Training. Since the autumn of 2022, she has been involved in teaching in the private education sector and is currently a member of the teaching staff at New York College in Thessaloniki in the departments of Psychology and Sport Sciences.
