LIFO, a popular Greek newspaper, has published an article by Elias S. Foutsis, Hon PhD, President and Founder of New York College, entitled "A Timeless Oasis of Education in the Heart of Athens", referring to the history and architecture of the NYC Athens Campus, the only multi-building campus in the heart of Athens (38 Vas. Amalias Ave., Syntagma) in the neighborhood where knowledge and culture were created.

The SUNY Board of Trustees has appointed Greek-born Jim Malatras as the new (14th) Chancellor of STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK, the largest comprehensive University in the USA, with 64 campuses and 420,000 students. Jim Malatras assumed his duties in the leadership of SUNY on August 31, 2020.

Top performance of UNIVERSITY OF BOLTON in the ranking of British Universities --according to Guardian for the year 2021-- which is affiliated with NEW YORK COLLEGE for offering academic programs (Bachelor, Master, PhD) on site in Greece.

For this academic year (2020-2021), Guardian has formally announced a breathtaking upgrade of UNIVERSITY OF BOLTON by thirty-six (36) positions, from the 86th position (2019) to the 50th position (2020) in the ranking list of British Universities:

‘TA NEA’, a major Greek newspaper, has published an article written by Elias E. Foutsis, Hon PhD, President and Founder of NEW YORK COLLEGE, on the legacy of Ethnarch Ioannis Kapodistrias in Education.

The Greek Newspaper "TA NEA" (issue #899) has published an article entitled "Kapodistrias: Studies in Greece, not abroad", written by Elias E. Foutsis, Hon PhD, President and Founder of NEW YORK COLLEGE. The article pertains to certain aspects of the educational legacy of Ethnarch Kapodistrias, first Governor and Liberator of Greece (1828-1831), and specifically to the value or even the critical importance his ideas might have for the contemporary tertiary-education system of Greece.

Important Event for the evolution of modern applied sciences in the near future by New York College

A very successful event took place at the Acropolis Museum on the 30th of January for “The Future is here: Smartcities / Fintech / Privacy & AI”. The event was organized and hosted by the Group of New York College, with 250 attendants onsite and approximately another 5.500 people watching it on live streaming.

Innovative Research at New York College in collaboration with the University of Bolton, UK

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive method of direct training the EEG which is the chief manifestation of brain function. Neurofeedback’s most eminent effect is that the brain functions better. This is the result of the brain’s ability to regulate itself better (autoregulation or self-regulation). Self-regulation is a necessary part of good brain function. Self-regulation training allows the central nervous system to function better.

On Wednesday, July 3rd, 2019, with the scenic cloth of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Parthenon and the Acropolis, New York College bid farewell to hundreds of graduates who acquired and developed the necessary key competences, ready to effectively offer them to their future employers.
