Galloway Kelley
Kelley Galloway has served as the Programme Director for the University of Greater Manchester since 2008 and has been teaching at New York College since 1994. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Richmond: The American International University in London, and a Master’s degree in Sociology from the London School of Economics. Within the Business Administration programme of the University of Greenwich, she teaches the following modules: Personal & Professional Development I (PPD1), which focuses on the development of students’ research skills (research tools, use of references, presentations); PPD2, which emphasises the development of professional skills (CV writing, interview techniques, teamwork, and the preparation of business plans); and PPD3, the Consultancy Project, which each student must complete individually and which centres on the correct execution and writing of a research-based project. Her experience with both the American and British educational systems, as well as her sociological background, enables her to advise and support students throughout the entirety of their academic studies.
