Kokkini Eleana

Eleana Kokkini studied Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Jyväskylä (Jyväskylän yliopisto) in Finland. She is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist and holds additional certifications in Counseling and Special Education. For the past 6 years, she has been active in applied psychology, designing and implementing psychological intervention and support programs for children, adolescents, and adults based on Mental and Psychological Skills Training principles. She maintains a private practice and collaborates with a large number of sports clubs, teams, and organizations to promote Sport Psychology in Greece. Since autumn 2022, she began teaching in the private sector and has since been a member of the teaching staff at New York College in Thessaloniki.
