Exercise Physiologist – Specializing in Sports Nutrition, Psychophysiology, and Human Performance. Graduate of SEFAA Athens, with a Master’s in Sports Nutrition from Harokopio University and a Doctorate in Applied Dietetics – Nutrition. He is a PhD candidate in Psychophysiology at the Athens School of Medicine and holds a Postdoctoral degree in Molecular Physiology from NKUA. He has multi-year experience in applied research and teaching, while serving as a senior Officer in the Hellenic Air Force and Head of Sports Education at SMYA. His scientific and research work focuses on studying the physiological and psychophysiological parameters of human performance under acute stress conditions, collaborating with special forces (OYK) and elite athletes. He actively participates in scientific conferences and training programs in exercise, nutrition, and psychophysiology, aimed at understanding and enhancing human performance in demanding environments.
