Dr. Tragea Eleni
She studied Archaeology / Art History at the University of Crete. At the University of Essex, she completed her Master’s degree in the Theory and History of Modern Art and Film. During her postgraduate studies, she also completed a short film. She earned her Doctorate in Film Theory from PANTEION UNIVERSITY. Her professional experience spans diverse fields, including archaeological excavations, editing, as well as the organization and curation of cultural exhibitions, conferences, and publications. She has extensive experience in adult education, and her research interests relate to the social and philosophical interpretation of the cinematic image. At the same time, she is an amateur photographer studying and reviving classic analog photography and old historical alternative practices, treating photography as art and creation.
