New York College congratulates Konstantinos Mougios, who has successfully passed the Oral Examinations (VIVA) and is about to be awarded a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Bolton.
Dr. Mougios wrote his dissertation entitled "Emotional intelligence skills and their variability between postgraduate students and the time they start working as employees in the tourism industry" under the supervision of Dr. Bob Wood, University of Bolton, U.K.
With a vision of the "economy" of knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship, New York College established the Department of Doctoral Studies in collaboration with the University of Bolton, UK in 2005. New York College is the only College in Greece that has 15 years of experience in promoting research activity. The department, home to 50 PhD candidates, is staffed by renowned scientists with academic, business and social sensitivity.
