The SUNY Board of Trustees has appointed Greek-born Jim Malatras as the new (14th) Chancellor of STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK, the largest comprehensive University in the USA, with 64 campuses and 420,000 students. Jim Malatras assumed his duties in the leadership of SUNY on August 31, 2020.
Seminar on “TRAVEL MASSIVE: A Global Community of Travel Industry” by New York College Thessaloniki
On Monday 18th of December 2017, New York College - Thessaloniki Campus organized a seminar entitled “TRAVEL MASSIVE: A Global Community of Travel Industry” which took place at its premises in Thessaloniki.
The event’s main speaker was Mrs. Maria Athanasopoulou, Chapter Leader of Travel Massive Thessaloniki & Northern Greece.
Travel Massive is the world's largest open community of travel industry insiders, leaders & innovators. It connects thousands of travel insiders to meet, learn and collaborate at free events all around the world. Since its launch in January 2015, continued to develop the platform's features and have scaled the Travel Massive community to tens of thousands of members with thousands of events. The platform is operating in more than 100 cities, connecting over 25,000 travel insiders at locally organised events to empower change in the travel industry and make travel better.
A very interesting and long dialogue took place after the seminar since the interest in the subject was high.
