On Tuesday 19th of February 2019, New York College - Thessaloniki Campus organized a seminar entitled “The Secrets of a Successful CV and Finding My First Job” which took place at its premises in Thessaloniki. The event’s speakers were Mrs. Anna Angelidou, Senior HR Consultant, and Olga Gaziteri, HR Consultant.

New York College mini soccer intramural tournament 2015-2016
The final games of the New York College mini soccer intramural tournament 2015-2016 took place on Wednesday 1/6/2016. Twelve teams participated in the tournament
F.C. Milan took the first place.
After the awards, dinner was given to students/athlets by the New York College President Mr. Elias Foutsis in Glyfada.

The NYC Career Office on Tuesday November 22nd 2016 hosted a 2-hour interactive training workshop conducted by Mr. Maniatis, a well experienced professional in the area of Human Resources and Recruiting. The aim of the workshop was to provide participants with the necessary knowledge, advice and guidance on competitive CV writing and interview skills in order to secure their first job interviews.

On the 5th and 6th of April 2016, New York College organized the 22nd Career Fair with great success and participation in Kallithea building, Thessalonikis 286 str. 40 well-known multinational companies with expertise in various areas such as web development/ internet, human resources, public relations, banking and insurance, computing, marketing, management and tourism, participated in the event. Recruiters and HR Managers had the opportunity to interview more than 200 students and graduates from both undergraduate and graduate programs offered by New York College in cooperation with recognized worldwide universities.

The NYC Career Office on Wednesday 18 November 2015 in New York College Kallithea building hosted a 2-hour training workshop conducted by Ms Filitsa Arvaniti, Career Office Manager and Ms. Eliza Avgoula, Career Office Administrator. The aim of the workshop was to provide participants with the necessary knowledge, advice and guidance on competitive CV writing in order to secure their first job interviews.

The 3rd CAROLE Symposium on "Theoretical Linguistics and Language Acquisition" took place with great success at NYC College, Thessaloniki on April 18th, organized by the Department of English Language and English Language Teaching of New York College, Thessaloniki in partnership with CAROLE Centre for Applied Research and Outreach in Language Education of University of Greenwich.
